Privacy policy

TALLR ("we", "us") sells heel lifts online. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. Questions? Email hey@tallr.store.

What we collect

• Order data — name, email, shipping address, phone (when given), items ordered and order status.
• Payment data — processed by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
• Support data — the messages you send us and our replies.
• Usage data — pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Why we use it

• To take payment, ship your order and handle returns (performance of our contract).
• To answer support requests and send order updates.
• To prevent fraud and keep the store secure (legitimate interest).
• To measure and improve the store, and to show relevant ads (consent, where required).

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with: our e-commerce and hosting platform, payment providers, fulfilment and shipping partners (including carriers and customs where applicable), email and support tools, and analytics or advertising providers. We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Some of our providers are outside your country, including outside the EEA/UK. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Order and tax records are kept for as long as the law requires (typically 6–10 years). Support messages are kept up to 3 years. Analytics data is kept up to 26 months. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the cart and checkout to work, plus optional analytics and advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; necessary cookies cannot be turned off without breaking checkout.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, port or restrict your data, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hey@tallr.store and we will reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

TALLR is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we update this policy we will change the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, tell you by email or on the store.
