These terms apply to every order placed on this store. By ordering you accept them. Contact: hey@tallr.store.

The product

TALLR is a heel-only insert that adds 2, 3 or 4 cm of height inside footwear you already own. It is a comfort and styling accessory, not a medical or orthopaedic device. If you have a foot, ankle, knee, hip or back condition, talk to a healthcare professional before using it.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, the price or description was obviously wrong, or we suspect fraud. In that case we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of the checkout and include applicable VAT where stated. Import duties or taxes for deliveries outside our shipping origin may be charged by your customs authority and are your responsibility. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider.

Shipping

We ship worldwide, free of charge. Typical delivery is 5–12 business days after dispatch; these are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost, contact us and we will resend or refund.

Returns and cancellation

You have 30 days from delivery to return your order for a refund, no reason needed. Items must be in a re-sellable condition with any packaging. Email us first and we will confirm the return address. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. EU and UK consumers keep their statutory withdrawal rights, which these terms do not limit.

Faulty items

If your TALLR arrives damaged or faulty, tell us within 30 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you. Your legal rights regarding non-conforming goods are unaffected.

Acceptable use

Don't copy our content, brand or product photography, scrape the store, or use it to break the law. All site content and the TALLR name remain ours.

Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by us breaking these terms. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for misuse of the product. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of our place of establishment, without removing the protections of the consumer law of your country of residence. Disputes may be brought in the courts of your place of residence where consumer law allows.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version live at the time of your order is the one that applies.
