Shipping & returns

Shipping

• Free worldwide shipping on every order.
• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery is typically 5–12 business days after dispatch.
• You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel moves.
• Duties or import taxes, where your country charges them, are collected by customs and are not included in the price.

Returns

• 30 days from delivery, no reason needed.
• Email hey@tallr.store with your order number and we send you the return address.
• Send the lifts back in a re-sellable condition with any packaging.
• Refunds land on the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.

Wrong height?

Tell us within 30 days and we will swap it for another height — 2, 3 or 4 cm — instead of refunding, if you prefer.

Damaged or faulty

Send a photo to hey@tallr.store within 30 days and we replace it or refund you, no return shipping needed.
